Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d)
We are looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) who joins our team in the development and maintenance of a next generation cross-platform video conferencing software.

Your skills
- You have experience working as an SRE or operations-adjacent role
- You are proficient in a programming language (Java or Python) or scripting language and have experience with infrastructure as code utilities
- You have expertise in configuring and optimizing Linux/Unix systems
- Part of your skillset is a solid understanding of monitoring and alerting systems
- You have excellent collaboration skills
- You are familiar with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
- You bring along proficiency in using version control systems like Git
- You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Successfully completed studies or several years of professional experience
- You are proficient in spoken and written English
Your responsibilities
- Supporting our operations team in implementing SRE best practices
- Defining and measuring service level objectives (SLOs)
- Conducting post-incident reviews for continuous improvement
- Developing and maintaining automation tools for operational efficiency
- Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations
- Leading capacity planning efforts to meet growing demands
- Building and maintaining documentation for system and process transparency
- Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Collaborating with development teams
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with team members for skills development
